I absolutely love my job and helping my clients achieve their skin goals. However, with a lot of last-minute cancellations of late and no shows, I have decided to implement a strict Cancellation policy, this is not designed to upset people, but my time is very valuable. I am often more than accommodating and understand some things can’t be helped but I do ask you also be mindful of my business and how this impacts myself and other clients. I often have to organize childminders which incurs cost and I also have clients waiting for appointments and often with such short notice these spots cant be fille24
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 6 hours a fee of 50% of your total booking will be charged to you. This will be payable within 7 days of the invoice being sent out.
If you decide to reschedule your appointment you will still be charged the cancellation fee as stated above.
By making an appointment you accept this policy.
New Client Bookings
All new client bookings require a deposit of $50 to be paid within 24 hours of making the booking. This is to secure your spot. If your deposit isn’t paid in the allocated time your spot will, unfortunately, be opened up to other clients. Upon making the booking you will receive an email with payment details.
